We ship Khallati products locally within the Sultanate of Oman, and internationally to most countries around the world, using Aramex services.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
• Within Oman: typically 1 to 3 business days (depending on the region).
• International shipping: depends on the destination and customs duties; usually takes approximately 5 to 14 business days.
3. Shipping Costs
• Shipping cost is determined based on the product’s weight, dimensions, and destination.
• Shipping fees are added to the total amount during order checkout.
• Additional customs or tax charges may apply in some countries, and these will be borne by the buyer.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a Tracking Number, allowing you to follow the shipment’s progress via the Aramex website.
5. Receipt & Delivery
• If the buyer is not present when the shipment arrives, it may be returned to the carrier or a redelivery date may be required.
• It is essential to ensure the accuracy of your address details (city, area, street, phone number) to avoid delays or loss.
6. Responsibility & Damage in Transit
• At Khallati, we take care to package products to ensure they arrive in good condition.
• If you receive a damaged product, you must contact us immediately within [number of days] and attach photos of the damaged product and packaging.
