Success Story

The story of Khalttati by Aziza Al Khusaibi began in 2010 from a purely personal experience that was never planned. I was only 20 years old, enjoying the joy of my first pregnancy, when hormonal changes started to affect my skin with dark spots, melasma, and freckles.
I searched extensively for products in the market to solve my problem, but with no success.
This is where my passion was born… I began researching and learning until I created my very first innovations: a natural cleansing soap and a moisturizing cream, followed by scrubs infused with coffee extracts and fruit acids. I tested these blends on myself, and the results were so impressive that everyone around me noticed the difference and asked about my secret. Soon, my mother, sisters, and relatives became my very first customers.
I decided to share my experience with others through Instagram, starting with small orders from home. Step by step, trust grew, and so did demand so much that I had to welcome customers in a small tent next to my house. But even that was no longer enough due to the overwhelming interest and increasing orders.
After ten years of such humble beginnings, I opened my first official store in 2019 in Jalan Bani Bu Ali, the area where my products had the highest demand. Within just one year, I expanded with new branches in Sohar, Al Buraimi, Al Amerat, and Al Hail. In less than two years, the number of my stores reached five, and later I added a branch in Salalah bringing today’s total to six branches and more than ten kiosks across Oman.
This success did not come by chance, but through great passion and continuous dedication. I pursued specialized certifications in soap and cream making from Turkey, Kuwait, and Dubai, and I continue to learn and develop with the ambition of studying this field in the United Kingdom in the future.
From an unplanned project, an authentic Omani brand was born one that has become a symbol of trust and a destination for thousands of customers. And the journey continues, God willing… with a greater vision and an ambition to reach the global stage.
